Tara
Tara has been teaching for 17 years. As a teacher she is known for her commitment on and off the mat. Her classes are inspirational and empowering. She has a unique ability to combine yogic philosophy, heart-felt humor, breath-work and accessible sequencing to all of her classes.
She has been leading teacher trainings for 15 years and has been an expert guest teacher at many studios, festivals and conferences. She was a content contributor for Yoga Journal
She is known as a teachers’ teacher and enjoys mentoring fellow professionals in their effort to succeed and thrive.
2025 Yoga teacher training Schedule
January 18th - May 3rd
This 200-hour program provides a comprehensive understanding of the path of yoga. In
this training learn all the basics and beyond, posture labs, different types of asana
practice, ethics of yoga, functional anatomy, sequencing, somatic and the subtle body,
the art and science of teaching, yoga history and philosophy and much more.
This program is for aspiring yoga teachers, any level of student wanting a deeper
understanding of yoga and their practice, and it's great for anyone in transition looking
for clarity.
